Yes we got rain here. I am happy. Though I hope the rain lasts longer so it does drop the temps pretty good for a while.

yeah, just about when it stops raining--the heat comes back (though we did get a day in the 80's)...the one the other day had heat AND rain!

It has been raining here since 8am. Temp has stayed around 72 this whole time. Though it is supposed to be in the 90's again this week. >.>

This summer, we had more rain than ever in Denmark, last year was the hottest ever, quite interesting, and nothing at all to do with "global warming"

and just got home from hospital, finally they have decided to "follow" me, with x-ray, CT scan and x-rays, to see what my sstomach is like, as they said sunday night, "we think you have a very rare condition, but we don't know which one"

and yeah, global warming is a farce--really, just because we dont have complete climate data going back 10s of thousands of years---its cyclical ....some parts are going to be hot, others rainy, others cold (and sometimes factors like volcanoes and such will change stuff for a bit)........its just a way for the government to try and control us more than they already do.

It's not as hot as it was last week, but even still. We are supposed to be in the 90's all week. I'm seriously ready for some cooler weather... Low 80's are welcome.

Again, it's Texas. It is expected. The heat index here has been 100+ for the past 2 weeks now, except for this last Sunday. Otherwise it has hovered between 100-120. Ick.

We pay our doctors over our taxes, so we don't "pay" so to speak, we do have high tax though, around 40-45% we pay in tax, people that earn a lot have to pay 60% in tax, but we have a lot ew can reduct, like train tickets, and such things, it's a complicated system, but all health things are payed by taxes, except dentists for some reason >.<

That does sound like a crazy system azzer...

I'm sorry you had a crappy day today Sil. Those are never fun. Which is a pretty obvious statement. But for 5:30am, it is about the best I can do. And I am tired. I just woke up 30 mins ago, and off to work I go in a few minutes. I'll know more about my day after that.
